Langara College is dedicated to creating and maintaining a healthy, safe, supportive and non-discriminatory work environment for its employees. All employees have the right and responsibility to be treated and to treat others with respect and dignity.

Behaviors that hinder such work environment will not be tolerated at the College. Disrespectful behaviors are any unjustified or unwelcome comments or actions occurring during one or series of incidents that are known, or ought to have been known to cause psychological or physical distress to the victim(s).
