Campus Recreation at Langara offers a variety of drop-in sessions—including Open Gym and Outdoor Recreation—as well as organized tournaments exclusively for Langara students and staff. Whether you're looking to stay active, try something new, or connect with others, there’s something for everyone.

Our programs are designed to be inclusive of all skill levels and feature a wide range of activities such as badminton, volleyball, basketball, pickleball, chess, and more. All activities take place on campus, making it easy to participate and be part of the community.

Campus Recreation promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and a welcoming environment where participants can build connections, develop their skills, and enjoy friendly competition.

These sessions are designed for activities that require minimal set-up, allowing participants to drop in and play. A variety of equipment, including sports balls, rackets, etc. are available to borrow with a valid Langara ID.

Outdoor Recreation

Outdoor Recreation activities are offered during the summer semester (May - July) on the campus front lawn. These sessions provide a fun and relaxed way to stay active while enjoying the outdoors.

A variety of games are set up, including Spikeball, cornhole, and chess, with additional equipment such as soccer and volleyballs available to borrow with a valid Langara ID.

All current Langara students and employees are welcome to drop in, play, and participate.
