Langara College is a community college, located in the middle of a residential neighbourhood with limited parking. We encourage you to carpool, take transit, ride your bike or walk to Langara. On our website, you will find information to help make your commute to Langara more enjoyable, save you money and support the environment.
Be a Good Neighbour!
We ask you to be respectful and considerate of our neighbours. Please drive carefully and be quiet when arriving at or departing from Langara, or driving on residential streets, especially in the early morning or late at night. We also wish to remind students not to park in permit-only zones, such as residential areas, the Langara Golf Course, or the Langara YMCA (unless you are using their facilities during that time) as your car may be towed. Please do not leave garbage on the streets, sidewalks or lawns. There are garbage and recycling containers throughout the campus.
Note: Pay parking is in effect in the Langara lots. All users must purchase parking time at pay stations, or display a valid permit.
Racks for bicycles are provided throughout the campus. Most are on the north side of the ‘A’ Building. Secured, covered bike parking is available in the parkade below the Library building. Students can buy an access card at the Bookstore for $5.00 per year. Contact Campus Security if you forget your bike lock.
