Join Langara Counsellors and fellow students for a guided mindfulness practice of RAIN. RAIN – Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture – is a four-step practice that helps us take pause, find new perspective, and respond to the stress in our lives with greater calm, confidence, and clarity. Come once or come every week to experience the benefits of regular mindfulness practice alongside others. All enrolled students welcome.
