Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) Social Support Group
Do you experience anxiety, low mood, and/or loneliness? Then the Dungeons and Dragons Social Support Group might be for you! Together with 6–8 others and a Langara counsellor, you will face off against evil as powerful adventurers within a therapeutic tabletop gaming framework. Learn more.

Relationships are some of the most challenging things to navigate. Develop skills and strategies in this series of workshops to have better relationships - learn how to set boundaries, manage conflict, and make confident choices in a small group setting and grow to be a more confident, authentic, supportive partner, friend, and/or family member.
