  • Riley is passionate about helping people create active lifestyles and building a healthy relationship with fitness and wellness.
  • He currently works at a fitness performance and rehab center in Burnaby coaching a variety of clients ranging from the general public to high performance athletes.
  • Riley's graduate studies were focused on biomechanical signals and their contributions to joint action during 4-person team lifting tasks. His work has been presented at The Ontario Biomechanics, The Canadian Society of Biomechanics, and is in the process of being published.

 

Sport/Activity Background/Hobbies

  • Riley enjoys engaging in all sports, hiking, camping, and any sort of adventure. He also enjoys trying the wide selection of craft beers and food options Vancouver has to offer.
