Areas of Interest
- Brent is active in the Strength and Conditioning community as a consultant for various teams and athletes. Some of the specific areas Brent works in include lab and field testing to create athletic profiles, and designing and implementing training programs that can be applied in a weight room or field setting
- Research interests include how strength and conditioning concepts can enhance health and human performance, as well as identifying pragmatic concepts for utilizing sport science in applied settings. This research is done through the Applied Human Performance Research Team
