Transportation by shuttle bus can be arranged easily from either Vancouver Airport (YVR) or downtown Vancouver. It is about a 3 hour bus ride from YVR and 2 1/2 hours from downtown Vancouver. The shuttle bus will drop off registrants at the conference hotel (Westin Whistler). Please note the schedule of the shuttles to ensure that you arrange travel to arrive in time for the conference start on Wednesday, September 9, 1pm. You can purchase tickets on-line.
Rental cars are available for pick up at YVR and in downtown Vancouver.
