Langara's 55th Annual Convocation Ceremony features well wishes from Nk'xetko, Mary Jane Joe, Elder-in-Residence (1:20); a performance from Tsatsu Stalqayu, Coastal Wolfpack (4:28); our Theatre Arts students' rendition of Oh Canada (7:30); the conferral of credentials by President Lane Trotter (8:95); a convocation address from Dr. Réka Gustafson, Vice President, Public Health and Wellness and Deputy Provincial Health Officer (13:12); the announcement of our Graduate Award recipients (20:52); and a welcome into the alumni family of Langarans from Moira Gookstetter, Director of College Advancement (24:24).

Emeritum Awards. Emeritum is an honourary title given in celebration of distinguished service to retiring or retired faculty and staff to recognize their outstanding contribution to teaching, research, service, or leadership. Emeritum awards are usually presented to recipients at Convocation. This year we interviewed the 2021 Emeritum Award and the 2020 Emeritum Award recipients.
