Convocation Checklist

Use the checklist below to prepare for your convocation ceremony so you can enjoy your day with ease.

1. Apply to Graduate

Graduation and convocation are two separate processes. Graduation is when you have completed all the credits in your program and are awarded your official credential.

Have you completed your studies? Make sure to apply for graduation! See Graduation Process page for more information.

2. Receive Your Parchment

Parchments are issued three times a year following the timeline noted on the Graduation Process page.

3. Save the Date!

Mark your calendars! Convocation 2024 will be held mid-June at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in downtown Vancouver, BC.

4. Order Credential Frames and Other Keepsakes

Commemorate your achievement with mementos and gifts.

5. Check Back for More Information

As we get closer to the Convocation Ceremonies more information will be posted here and graduates will be contacted directly through email. Make sure your email is updated on your student account so you don't miss important notifications about tickets, regalia, and more!
