Reporting
All students, faculty, and staff can report situations where a student may have engaged in some form of misconduct prohibited by the College.
Faculty and Staff
Faculty and Staff can complete an online reporting form in order to report incidents of academic misconduct, student conduct, or sexual violence or misconduct through the new MyLangara portal. In order to access the reporting form, faculty and staff can log into MyLangara, and click on the "Student Conduct & Academic Integrity Resources" listed under "Teaching Resources".
After entering that folder, there will be a link titled "Incident Report Form" (please note that it states that the form is to report incidents of academic misconduct, but the form allows for all types of reporting). The link will take you to a new window; complete the form with as much information as possible and the Student Conduct Office will process the report.
Students
Students can report incidents by visiting the Student Conduct, Accountability & Support (SCAS) office in person, or by emailing studentconduct@langara.ca. If you send an email, someone from the SCAS office will contact you to follow up on the report and may set up a meeting to discuss the incident further.
