Guest Information

Save the date to celebrate your graduate! Convocation 2024 will take place mid-June at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre located in downtown Vancouver BC. Guest information will be posted here closer to the ceremonies.

Doors will open for guests 1 hour prior to the ceremony start time. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has begun will be seated by theatre staff when there is an appropriate break (if space permits). Guest seating is unassigned, we will not be taking individual requests for seating assignments.

Accessibility Requirements

Prior to convocation, please contact convocation@langara.ca so that staff can make any neccessary accomodations.If you were unable to contact the Convocation Team prior to the ceremony, on the day of the ceremony, please have your guest identify themselves to the venue ushers. Closed captioning will be available.
