The Business of Design with Blair Enns

In this premium workshop, Enns will walk participating firms/individuals through the exercises he employs in one-­on­‐one consulting engagements to help them:
  1. Choose or validate a specialized practice area
  2. Develop an overarching perspective on that area
  3. Translate focus and perspective into a strategy model framework, proprietary to the firm, that delivers a better product at higher margins (and is easier to sell)
  4. Develop a twelve­‐month marketing plan to leverage expertise into leads.
