In this premium workshop, Enns will walk participating firms/individuals through the exercises he employs in one-on‐one consulting engagements to help them:
- Choose or validate a specialized practice area
- Develop an overarching perspective on that area
- Translate focus and perspective into a strategy model framework, proprietary to the firm, that delivers a better product at higher margins (and is easier to sell)
- Develop a twelve‐month marketing plan to leverage expertise into leads.
