We hosted our 47th biennial Homecoming party this summer and "Alumni Connections" was the theme for this year. We invited all library community members and Alumni of the Langara Library & Information Technology Program to this event held on May 9th, 5pm-9pm, on the second floor of the Library building at the Langara College campus. Scheduled just prior to the BCLA Conference, this event was a chance for program alumni to reconnect with former classmates and instructors, as well as an opportunity for current students and new graduates to network with future colleagues. We also like to use this opportunity to thank the community for providing continuous support to our program in giving our students hands-on training and mentoring.
