Geographic Information Science Major (BSc), Faculty of Environment, SFU
Simon Fraser University offers a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Geographic Information Science (GIS).
- The School of Computing Science and the Department of Geography offer a major leading to a Bachelor of Science degree. Students can also complete an Honors degree in Geographic Information Science
- Admission is competitive. A separate admission average for each entry route is established each term. For more information, contact an Applied Sciences Advisor.
- Computing Science course entry requires a grade of C- or better in each prerequisite course. Computing Science courses available to students who do not maintain at least a 2.40 CGPA may be limited.
