The Photography Department completed a substantial renovation during Summer 2013. We decreased our darkroom space from 9 colour enlargers to 8 and decreased our black and white enlarger capacity from 14 to 11 spaces.

This change allowed us to open up a huge space for digital work. We added wall mounted monitors and a large critique space. The renovation has brought students back into the lab, allowing for a more collaborative experience.

Featured are two second year students doing post production on product photography and architecture assignments using our new wide-gamut 27” monitors.
