About
AI APP Design and Development (Developer) is a 60-credit program in which students develop skills in web and mobile development, including: full stack web development, creative technologies, and AI-driven digital products.
The program is designed for a diverse student audience, including high school graduates, current post-secondary students seeking hands-on skills, and those looking to transition their career into technology and creative sectors.
A hallmark of the program is its collaborative project work: students work with the AI APP Design and Development (Designer) program students on two major projects, designing, prototyping, and implementing fully functional digital products. This hands-on, project-based approach is a unique aspect of the program, giving students practical experience working in teams, solving real world problems, and applying industry-standard software practices.
Classes are delivered in-person to build a collaborative, supportive community. Students can choose their own pace, studying either full or part-time. As they progress through the diploma, they have the opportunity to earn an embedded credential, the Citation in Full Stack Web Development.
Graduates will be prepared for careers as versatile digital creators who integrate artificial intelligence, web technologies, and creative design and development.
