Apply early.
Applications open 11 months before the start of each semester. Apply early, as some programs fill up quickly.The date you register for courses is based on the date you submit your application.

Program Application Deadlines
Applications for Regular Studies programs open 11 months before that start of each semester and admission is offered on a first-qualified, first-admitted basis.
Domestic students can apply for many of our programs and courses as late as the first day of classes if space is available and there isn’t a program-specific deadline.

Steps to apply
STEP 1 – Choose your program.
Find the right program for you. We recommend selecting two programs as your first and second choices.
Program-specific Admission Requirements. Some programs have additional requirements, including prerequisites, portfolios, interviews, or competitive grades. Find program-specific requirements under the ‘Admissions’ tab of the program listing.
STEP 3 – Submit your application.
Domestic and international applicants can apply online on the Education Planner BC
Bring in or mail the form with your application fee (cheque only for applications sent by mail) to: Admissions, Registrar & Enrolment Services, Langara College 100 West 49th Ave, Vancouver, BC, V5Y 2Z6
Application Fees
Application fees are non-refundable.
Domestic Students: $40.00
International Students: $155.00

You will receive an email, in 3-10 business days, with information on how to access to the Student Information System where you can check the status of your application.
STEP 4 – Submit supporting documents.
Supporting documents are needed to show that you meet the general and program application requirements.
You can submit supporting documents when or after you submit your application.
Refer to the 'Admissions' tab of the program listing to ensure you have submitted all the required documents.
You will receive your Offer of Admission by email.
To accept your offer, log into the Student Information System using the instructions in your Offer of Admission email.
International student deposit.
If you’re an International student and you’re offered admission, you’ll need to pay a $6000 deposit to accept your offer and receive a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). This non-refundable deposit will apply toward your tuition.
STEP 6 – Register.
Once you have accepted your offer, you will receive further instructions on how to register for your courses.
