Tuition Fees*
Note: Tuition fees do not include textbooks or other costs incurred by students while studying (accommodation, transportation, living costs). Students who do not attain a C+ grade in a course will incur additional tuition costs when retaking the course (tuition cost determined by individual course fee).

New International Student Deposit
New international students who have been offered admission are required to submit a non-refundable deposit. This amount is used towards your tuition and fees. The deposit must be paid before you will be issued a letter of acceptance.

When you register, the tuition fee for each course will be deducted from your student account. If there is a balance due, that must be paid before the fee payment deadline or you will be dropped from all your courses.
Students whose study permit application is denied by Immigration Canada can receive a refund on the deposit once they submit their current refusal letter from Immigration Canada. Please see the Refund & Deferral Policies.
International Education Development Fund
All international students pay $35 per term to the International Education Development Fund.
Textbook Fees
Textbook purchases are the responsibility of the student. For most courses in our programs, textbooks are required to be successful and to participate effectively in the classroom. Textbook fees for this program are approximately $1,300 CAD.
Langara Students' Union
Students admitted to this program are not members of the Langara Students' Union and are not required to pay LSU fees. Program students are not eligible for the UPASS transit pass, extended health/dental or other services provided by LSU.
Scholarship Opportunities
Langara College offers a range of scholarship awards to recognize real estate students with outstanding academic achievement. These awards are supported by a variety of companies and organizations within the real estate profession. Award amounts vary between about $250 and $500. Eligibility for scholarship awards is determined by Langara College, based on donor criteria. Students who are eligible for a real estate scholarship award are notified by the College. The scholarship awards listed below are presented once a year in late spring or early summer.
Appraisal Institute of Canada Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the PROP 1022: Residential Construction course.
Brian Pink Memorial Scholarship – will be awarded annually to a successful graduate of one of the Real Estate Certificate Programs offered through Langara College Continuing Studies.
Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. Valuation, Advisory and Tax Services Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the PROP 1020: Real Estate Investment Analysis course.
Mario Pavlakovic Memorial Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the PROP 1005: Real Estate Appraisal course.
Penny & Keenleyside Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the PROP 1024: Real Estate Mathematics course.
