International students accepted into Sep 2026 or Jan 2027$5,000.00
International students accepted into May 2027 or later$6,500.00

When you register, the tuition fee for each course will be deducted from your student account. If there is a balance due, that must be paid before the fee payment deadline or you will be dropped from all your courses.

International Education Development Fund

$35.70 mandatory fee every term for the International Education Development Fund (IEDF), which is used to support international students in various ways, including financial awards and scholarships, financial aid, emergency bursaries, and other incentive awards.

Textbooks

Textbooks are not included as part of tuition, and are purchased separately through the Langara Bookstore. Textbooks cost approximately $500-750 per semester.

Medical Insurance

Langara requires that all students have basic health insurance for the duration of their studies. As an international student, you are required by law to have comprehensive health and accident insurance to provide coverage for treatment of illness or injury during your stay in BC. Medical services in British Columbia (BC) can be very expensive and cost thousands of dollars per day if you do not have valid health insurance. Visit the Langara Global website for more information.

Refund and Deferral Policies

For refund and deferral policies, please visit Refund and Deferral Policies for Continuing Studies Full-Time Programs for detailed information.
