Soonchunhyang University Exchange (South Korea)

Qualifications

• Be registered as a full-time Langara student at the time of application
• Have a minimum grade point average of 2.6 for your last full-time semester at Langara (prior to application)
• Be a Langara student in good standing (i.e. not be subject to academic or non-academic disciplinary proceedings)
• Maintain the required GPA and good-standing status until departure for the exchange semester
• Have completed at least one semester at Langara
• Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

Application Process

Interested and qualified students will be required to:

1. Complete and submit the exchange application form and required documents to Valerie Peters, Associate Director, International Education by the following deadlines:
   • March 15 for the Fall semester
   • October 15 for the Spring semester
2. Attend an interview with the exchange selection committee on the date set by the committee if required as part of the nomination process.
3. After Langara's selection committee has selected the student candidate, the student will be required to complete an application form for Soonchunhyang and to submit the form and all required documents to the Associate Director. This information will be forwarded to Soonchunhyang staff who will review the application and determine if the student is admissible to their program.
