Learning Outcomes

Graduates of the program will be able to integrate accounting with general business and information technology tools to maximize their contribution to the success of any organization. Students will have knowledge and skills in advanced management accounting, advanced financial accounting, individual and corporate taxation, auditing, and strategy, and accounting software systems.

CPA Pathways

As courses in the Advanced Accounting program are recognized by CPA to meet prerequisite requirements for entry into CPA's Professional Education Program (PEP), program graduates may complete the remaining steps (i.e., practical work experience component and PEP level courses) for their CPA designation directly with CPA following graduation. Once a student receives their CPA designation, career opportunities are enhanced and limitless.
