The Musqueam people have been stewards of the land since time immemorial. But what does this mean?

Join Special Advisor to the President and former Musqueam Chief, Gail Sparrow, and Musqueam community member and Early Childhood Education Faculty member, Lauren Mitchell, as they walk us through a physical timeline from the Museum of Anthropology that highlights Musqueam history since time immemorial.

The newcomers have only been here for a very short period of time, less than 200 years. That's only a blink of an eye in comparison to the 9,000 years we've been here.
