Take a break from your studies and come to De-stress Fest. Events and activities will be set up around campus to help boost your mind and body so that you can stay resilient through exam period. All students are welcome to drop in on these free events.

Build Your Own Wellness Kits | 10:00 am–until supplies last | Outside of the Hub – A140 
Pick and pack supplies you need to keep you physically and mentally well. Remember to stay sustainable and bring your own bag. The first 20 students who have their own bag will receive a free tumbler courtesy of the Bookstore!

In this workshop participants learn how to deal with stress and exam anxiety, as well as specific techniques for taking multiple-choice, true and false, and essay type exams.
