CONAHEC Student Exchange Program

Qualifications

• Be registered as a full-time Langara student at the time of application
• Have a minimum grade point average of 2.8 for your last full-time semester at Langara (prior to application)
• Be a Langara student in good standing (i.e. not be subject to academic or non-academic disciplinary proceedings)
• Have completed at least one full-time semester at Langara
• Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

Please note: You will also have to meet the exchange acceptance criteria for the institution and program/courses of your choice.

Application Process

Interested and qualified students will be required to:

1. Complete and submit the exchange application form and required documents to Valerie Peters, Associate Director, International Programs by the following deadlines:
   • January 20, 2026 for the Fall 2026 semester
   • July 20, 2026 for the Spring 2027 semester
2. After Langara has approved your exchange application, you will have to complete an application form for the hosting institution and submit the form and all required documents to the Associate Director. This information will be forwarded to the hosting institution for review and final approval.
