Langara Global invites you to an on-campus event to recognize Nowruz on Tuesday, March 24th. This year, the first day of Nowruz falls on Friday, March 20, marking the beginning of a new year on the Iranian Solar Hijri calendar and observed by many communities around the world. Drop by, learn about the beautiful customs and traditions of Nowruz, and try some traditional snacks.
We also warmly welcome Langara students, staff, and faculty to share messages of hope and wishes on our Wall of Wishes during the event. This is an opportunity for us to come together as a community to show our care and support for all those affected by the onging crisis in Iran and the wider region.
