Since 2007, Go by Bike Week has motivated over 130,000 participants, including 27,000 new cyclists, to commute by bike.

Go by Bike Week is a week-long behaviour change campaign to encourage more people to cycle more often for commuting purposes. During the week-long event, HUB Cycling encourages people to get out and ride their bikes anywhere and everywhere, and shares resources like maps to equip them with the knowledge they need to cycle for transportation.

Log your trips online at logmyride.gobybikebc.ca for a chance to win great prizes like a cycling adventure for two in Vietnam from Exodus Adventure Travels, track your kilometers, and see how many greenhouse gas emissions you’ve saved.

Stop by one of the 30+ Celebration and Community Stations taking place outside workplaces, shopping destinations and transit hubs across Metro Vancouver throughout Go By Bike Week. People who stop by one of these stations can get free bike checks from local mechanics, pick up free cycling resources like lights and maps, and speak to HUB volunteers about cycling in the region over free coffee and snacks!

As always, registration for Go by Bike Week is 100% free. You can register as a team, join an existing team, or register solo. Participants can register before or during the event at: logmyride.gobybikebc.ca.
