Talent Retention

Students investigate how to retain talent by evaluating current programs, identifying retention goals, and designing strategies that support employee engagement and organizational culture. They explore performance management, recognition, and career development as tools for reducing turnover. By aligning retention efforts with business objectives, students create a Talent Retention Strategy that promotes long-term employee satisfaction and organizational success.

This course is delivered fully online and asynchronously, with no scheduled class times. Students progress through the course materials at their own pace while receiving support and guidance from experienced instructions throughout the duration of the course. All course requirements must be completed by the course end date.
