Indigenous Leadership in Recreation

Academic Requirements

• BC Grade 12 Graduation (or equivalent) or 19 years of age or older; and
• English Language Requirement Category 3

OR

• Enrolled in BC Grade 10 (or higher) or 15 years of age or older; and 
• Direct Nomination via signed letter from an Indigenous Nation Band office

Applicant Notes

No previous recreation experience is required. Indigenous Leadership in Recreation is intended for Indigenous recreation practitioners, community staff, emerging leaders, and others interested in Indigenous recreation leadership and community wellness.
