Our Nutrition and Food Service Management diploma prepares you to lead food operations with confidence—from menu planning and nutrition care to budgeting, staffing, and safety. Graduate ready to step into supervisory and management roles in hospitals, long-term care facilities, corporate food services, and more, with the required membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management.
Our Associate of Science in Food and Nutrition & our Diploma in Food Nutrition and Health Transfer builds your knowledge in biology, chemistry, food and nutrition. You’ll learn in small classes, get personalized support, and develop essential academic skills that set you up for success. After graduation, move seamlessly into a university degree in food nutrition and health and be ready to apply to specialized fields such as dietetics, food sciences and nutritional sciences. Many of our students transfer directly into UBC for a degree in Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health, under the Faculty of Land and Food Systems.
