Description
Students explore the basic principles behind 28 core asanas (postures), 10 pranayamas (breathing practices), 5 meditation techniques, 3 bandhas (body locks), 5 mudras (hand gestures that direct the flow of life energy) and 5 mantras (sound vibration and chanting). Trainees learn techniques to develop their personal power, presence and projection as yoga teachers.
