Health and healing are strategically linked to endurance styles. In order to identify and support oneself when under extreme stress it is important to learn how to identify invisible somatic markers using an early-warning-body-mind tracking system based on a six stages of illness model. Using aspects of feeling, sensation, boundary setting combined with four dimensions of awareness, thinking and knowing, participants can deepen their grounding and centering and overall subjective sense of current coping capacities and place primary prevention immediate action-plans upfront.
