Building on the foundation of semester two you will continue exploring communication skills and strategies for fostering the therapeutic relationship. In addition, you will be introduced to concepts of ethical issues and dilemmas, boundaries, and issues pertaining to the physical, emotional and mental needs of individuals. At the end of this course you will have the skills and attitudes to guide your professional behavior during discussions and in clinical settings.Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy.
