Communication, ethical reasoning, self-awareness, and relational skills are essential to the professional Registered Massage Therapy practice. Students apply oral, written, and digital communication strategies for diverse clients, interpret verbal and non-verbal cues, and examine touch, consent, and scope of practice. Through ethical scenarios and reflective learning, students strengthen critical thinking and build therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, humility, and person-centered, safe care.

Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy.
