Learn how to create and implement an energy management plan for your organization. You will learn how to assemble an effective energy management team, identify and capitalize on immediate savings opportunities, access programs that can help take advantage of these savings, build a strategic framework for energy management solutions to identify characteristics of organization that are successful in managing energy.
