Project Execution

Project Execution focuses on implementing the project work defined in the Project Management Plan. Learners develop skills to build and lead teams, manage collaborator engagement, ensure quality, evaluate project performance, and deliver project outcomes. Students utilize practical tools and techniques to produce deliverables and capture work performance data throughout execution.

Prerequisite(s): A minimum "C" grade in PMCP 4003.
