Project Monitoring & Controlling

Monitoring and Controlling in a project ensures the proper tracking, review, and performance of the project. Students learn to make changes to the plan that is required. Students develop skills to measure project performance against the project management plan, ensuring project scope, schedule, cost, and objectives are being met.

Prerequisite(s): A minimum "C" grade in PMCP 4002.
