Project Initiation

Project Initiation covers the foundation phase of a project lifecycle. Students learn the importance of the initiation phase, justification of the project, identify key personnel/partners, assess feasibility, and develop key documents such as a Project Charter. Students will focus on aligning project goals with organizational objectives to ensure a strategic fit.
