MOA: Module 1

This program is designed to give you usable, relevant knowledge about health care and the office setting to prepare you quickly to begin work in the field.This module of the Medical Office Administrator certificate provides the basic knowledge and skills needed to meet industry requirements in medical office procedures; role of the MOA; ethics in healthcare; healthcare in Canada; level one of medical terminology; and medical documentation.

Students must register in all three MOA modules: MOAP1101; MOAP1102; MOAP1103.
