Occupational Health and Safety Law - Level 2

This course delves deeper into occupational health and safety laws and the compliance mechanisms in the province. Workplace injuries are discussed, including frequency, type, and causes, as well as their prevention, due diligence by the employer - including communication and reporting - and related legislation. Infection control and ergonomics are also examined.

Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
