Communication and Conflict Resolution

Individuals in this field will be on the front lines and often be seen as working against an employer, employees, government agencies, and even the Ministry. In addition, they might be called upon to testify in court cases, inquests, arbitrations, or trials. The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and diplomatically while managing and resolving conflict will be an integral part of the communication abilities for someone in this position.

Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
