Environmental Law - Level 2

This course continues to examine Provincial and Federal environmental laws and statutes as they apply to Canada and the province of British Columbia. Level 2 will continue to focus on high priority areas such as waste management, air and drinking water quality, with an added focus on industrial spills and their significant environmental impact, caused by air, land, and sea transportation.Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
