Description
This course examines Provincial statutes as they apply to workplaces within the Province of British Columbia. The internal reporting system and the system’s partners, such as WSBC and various governing bodies, will be reviewed. Applicable legislation will be studied as well as its relationship to occupational health and safety including the acts and regulations, WHMIS, Designated Substances, among others.
Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
