Disability and Claims Management

Supporting workers through injury, recovery, and safe reintegration is a critical responsibility in today’s workplace. Students learn to apply disability management principles, coordinate return-to-work programs, communicate with key parties, and navigate WorkSafeBC claims in real workplace contexts. By the end of the course, students are prepared to contribute confidently to disability management and workplace recovery initiatives.
