Procedural Law Techniques

This course applies the laws and procedural rules covered in the Procedural Law course to different case scenarios and investigations. Students will learn the court and tribunal processes in Workers Compensation Board (WCB) and Environmental Appeal Board (EAB) and will prepare a case for mock hearings before an administrative panel or tribunal.Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
