Description
This course examined Provincial and Federal environmental laws and statutes as they apply to Canada and the province of British Columbia. Level 1 focuses on high priority areas such as waste management, air and drinking water quality. This course partners with Investigative Techniques and Procedural Law to develop relevant field scenario based lessons.Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
