Description
Students carry out an interdisciplinary examination of mental health and mental illness from biological, psychological, cultural, and political perspectives. Foundational concepts of selected mental health and illness issues are also explored.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum "C" grade in HSCI 1130 and one of the following: BIOL 1111, 1115, or 1190.
Note: Students wanting to complete a BSc at SFU in Health Sciences must take BIOL 1115. Students wanting to complete a BA at SFU in Health Sciences must take BIOL 1111 or 1115.
