Description
Living and working environments have a significant impact on human health and ecosystems. Students in HSCI 2204 review common and harmful environmental and occupational health hazards and their repercussions for human health. Exploration of common air, soil, and water-borne contaminants and occupational exposures includes methods of threat detection, measurement, management, and mitigation.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum "C" grade in all of the following: Biology 1111 or 1115; and HSCI 1130.
