This accelerated course will introduce the Dental Reception profession, and provide an understanding of fundamentals needed to perform the role. Gain insight into, and learn about, the role/responsibilities of a Dental Receptionist; legal issues such as Patient Charter of Rights, Associations, Privacy and Information Acts; collecting dental/medical information; dental terminology, procedures, and specialties; understanding insurance and fee guides; treatment presentations and more.
