English Upskilling for Dental Reception 2

Success in dental reception training and employment requires confident use of English in professional contexts. Students develop transcription, reading, and writing skills using dental vocabulary, and engage in role-play scenarios to strengthen workplace communication. The focus is on clarity, accuracy, and confidence in English language use. Foundational concepts of equity, diversity and inclusion, and Indigenous Perspectives are introduced.
